We Service
For the pick-up and drop-off facility, our driver will arrive at your desired location and at your chosen time to pick your car. Our staff wear mask, gloves and follow necessary health and safety guidelines. You will be given a collection report for you to sign off before the car is picked. Your car will be driven to an authorised service centre. You will receive tracking details that will enable you to keep a tab on the movement of your car. The Service Advisor at the service centre will open a Job card based on your request. Your vehicle will be inspected and you will be informed of any additional service or repair job required. For your approval, you will receive a quotation. Once written approval is received additional jobs will be carried out on your car. Once your vehicle is serviced and ready, a payment link will be sent to you to make the payment.
You Pay
On completion of the service of your vehicle, a payment link will be sent to you. Use this link to complete the payment formalities. Your vehicle will then be ready for delivery.
We Deliver
FOR AUTO SERVICE
On completion of payment our service technician will carry out vehicle inspection with you. On completion, you will be given a delivery note and a copy of the invoice for your signature. This will complete the process of auto service at your home.
FOR PICK-UP & DROP-OFF FACILITY
If you have opted for pick-up and drop-off facility, then on completion of payment, a designated driver will drive your car to your chosen location. You will once again receive tracking details to keep a tab on the movement of your car. At the time of delivery and handover of the vehicle, the driver will carry out vehicle inspection with you. On completion, you will be given a delivery note and a copy of the invoice for your signature. This will complete the process of delivery to your chosen location.
